At MP Lash Artistry, we aim to ensure your orders are processed and delivered efficiently. Please read the following information regarding our shipping process:
Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Local Delivery

Available within a 35km radius of our salon location.

A local delivery fee applies and will be calculated at checkout.

Please allow up to 3 business days for local deliveries to be completed.
Shipping Within Australia

We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout via Australia Post or another reputable courier service.

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

Express shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).
Click & Collect

You can opt to pick up your order in-salon during business hours.

You will be notified via text or email when your order is ready for collection.
Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

We will assess and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
