By accessing or purchasing from MP Lash Artistry (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services & Products

We offer in-salon beauty services, products for home care, and online courses. All bookings, product purchases, and course enrollments are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Payments

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST (where applicable). Payment must be made in full at the time of booking, purchasing, or enrolling unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment platforms as specified on our website or in-store.

3. Refund & Return Policy

  • Products: All product sales are final. No refunds will be issued. If the product is unused and in original condition, you may be eligible for store credit depending on the circumstances. Used items will not be accepted for return.

  • Online Courses: Due to the digital nature of our courses, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Services: Please refer to our separate cancellation and rescheduling policy.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

Missed appointments or cancellations with insufficient notice may result in a cancellation or no-show fee. We reserve the right to refuse future bookings if terms are not respected. Please arrive on time to ensure the best experience.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided in our online courses, website, manuals, and social media is the intellectual property of MP Lash Artistry and may not be reproduced, shared, or sold without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any allergic reactions, misuse of products, or failure to follow aftercare instructions. It is the responsibility of the client to disclose any allergies or sensitivities before treatment.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold or shared without consent.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services or products after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
