Cancellation policy

Purchase Options

At MP Lash Artistry, we offer the following purchase options:

1. In-Salon Services

  • Bookings can be made online, over the phone, or in person.

  • Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers are accepted in-store.

  • Any cancellations made within 48 hours of appointment time, results in a 55% fee of appointment cost 

2. Retail Products

  • Products can be purchased in-salon or online.

  • Local delivery is available within a 35km radius of the salon (please allow up to 3 business days).

  • All sales are final (refer to our Refund Policy for more).

3. Online Courses

  • Courses are delivered digitally and accessible immediately upon purchase.

  • Payment must be made in full to gain access.

  • No refunds or returns on digital products.


Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand life happens — here’s how cancellations are handled:

In-Salon Appointments

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged 100% of the service cost.

  • If we do not have your card on file, the fee may be invoiced or future bookings may be restricted.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in a refusal of future appointments.

Courses & Events

  • All online course purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • If a live workshop or training is rescheduled or cancelled by us, you will be offered an alternative date or a store credit.
